Reading in 3rd Grade is essential for success. We read a variety of texts on a daily basis through shared reads, read alouds, buddy reads, and independent reading. Each week, as a class, we read a story from our reading book, or from a teacher selected text. On Friday, students are assessed to gauge their level of understanding of the story.
